Data Deletion Request & Account Deletion Policy

Delete your data in the app

1. Open Reevent and go to Settings.
2. Open Privacy or My Data.
3. Select Delete my data and confirm.

This in-app action removes personal profile information from your attendee profile for the selected event. It does not delete your Firebase sign-in identity or all records linked to your event activity. For complete account and data deletion, email us as described below.

Request deletion on the web

You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled Reevent or can no longer sign in. Email us with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” info@reevent.ai

Include the email address associated with your profile, if you provided one, and the event or edition you used. If you did not provide an email address, describe the account and event so we can locate the relevant records. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account. Do not include passwords or payment-card details.

Information that may be retained

We have not identified a standard purchase or invoice record that must be retained for Reevent attendee accounts. We may retain limited information when necessary to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, enforce our agreements, or protect service security. We will delete retained information when the relevant need or obligation ends.

Encrypted backups or system logs may retain copies temporarily until they expire under the applicable rotation process. Such copies are not restored for ordinary use and are deleted through that process.

Processing time

We will delete the personal record associated with your Reevent account within 30 days of receiving the information needed to verify and process your request. If a legal obligation requires us to retain specific information, we will explain the applicable exception and retention period in our response.
